BBVA México observed a consistent weekly download rate, beginning the quarter with approximately 161K downloads and closing with around 146K. Active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at about 17.4M mid-quarter before ending at 16.3M.

Nu maintained stable weekly downloads, starting at around 127K and seeing a slight increase to 119K by the end of December. Active user numbers grew from 5M to approximately 5.4M, indicating a positive trend in user engagement.

Banco Azteca experienced steady download numbers, averaging around 111K weekly. Active users showed a slight increase, reaching over 6.2M towards the end of the quarter.

The Banco del Bienestar Móvil app saw significant fluctuations in downloads, starting with 62K and peaking at over 232K in early December. Active user numbers mirrored this trend, with a notable rise from 2.6M to nearly 7M over the quarter.

Lastly, BanCoppel maintained a moderate download rate, beginning at 98K and slightly decreasing to 80K by the end of the year. Active user engagement remained strong, starting at 4.7M and increasing to 4.9M.
